1. Subscription Box Shipping Timeline

• Monthly Subscription Boxes: Ship between the 15th and 20th of each month.

• Quarterly Subscription Boxes: Ship in March, June, September, and December between the 15th and 20th of the release month.

• Prepaid Subscriptions: Follow the same schedule based on the plan selected (monthly or quarterly).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

2. One-Time & Limited Edition Orders

• Limited Edition & Special Boxes: Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page. Please check before purchasing.

• In-Stock Shop Items: Typically ship within 5-7 business days after purchase.

3. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! Shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Delays & Tracking Issues

• While we work hard to ship on time, unexpected delays (e.g., carrier issues, weather disruptions, customs processing) may occur.
